UP member hacked to loss of life in Noakhali
An associate of Chariswar union parishad was hacked to fatality by miscreants in Hatia upazila of Noakhali early on Thursday.
The deceased was recognized ad Robin Chandra Das, 48, son of Sotish Chandra Das.
He was the person in Ward No 3 of the union and a member of upazila Awami Category.
The miscreants hacked Robin to death before the home of UP chairman Abdul Halim Azad at around 2:00am, Abul Khayer, officer responsible for Hatia police station, said.
