Lazz Pharma fined Tk 29 lakh for keeping non-approved medicines
A mobile court of Rapid Actions Battalion (RAB) on Mon fined Lazz Pharma Tk 29 lakh for keeping huge non-approved medications at its Kakrail branch. 

The RAB and the Directorate Standard of Medicine Administration (DGDA) jointly raided Lazz Pharma on Monday afternoon.

Through the drive, 50 varieties of non-approved medicines and shots were seized.

RAB-3 Executive Magistrate  Polash Kumar Basu who conducted the drive around 3:30pm, said the seized non-approved and artificial medicines worth Tk 30 lakh.

DGDA  assistant director  M Iqbal Hossain said, "It really is a major offence. We'll great them as well place them behind the bars."
