Four bodyguards of GK Shamim denied bail
The High Courtroom rejected a guideline issued seeking bail of four bodyguards of SM Golam Kibria Shamim in a case filed under arms control act.
The HC bench of Justice Md. Nazrul Islam Talukder and Justice KM Hafijul Alam rejected the bail plea on Tuesday (March 10).

The High Courtroom has directed the investigation officer to complete the inquiry within four months after rejecting the rule on bail of four bodyguards of GK Shamim, said AKM Amin Uddin Manik.
Earlier on March 3, the HC asked the legal representatives to submit affidavit to the court, explaining how they (four human body guards) had got license for hands, why tax return and hands lawsuit were filed, added AKM Amin Uddin Manik.
Much previously February 3, HC issued the rule in bail.
