3 of a family found dead in Barishal
Police recovered the bodies of three members of a family from Saliabakpur in Banaripara upazila of Barishal on Saturday morning.
The deceased were identified as Mariam Begum, 70, Md Alam, Mariam's daughter-in-law, and Md Yusuf, son of Mariam's sister.
Police recovered Mariam's body from the balcony of their house, while Alam's from a room, Zafar Ahmed, officer in-charge of Banaripara Police Station, confirmed.
Yusuf's body was found in a pond near the house tiding his hands and legs.
Zafar Ahmed said the trio were killed at early hours.
