Thai Lion Air will commence flights to Dhaka from Oct 1

Thai Lion Mentari Co Ltd, trading as Thai Lion Air, is a Thai low-cost airline, operating with Thai partners as an associate company of Lion Air Group, together with Lion Air, Wings Air, Batik Air, Lion Bizjet and Malindo Air.
The carrier operates from Bangkok's Don Mueang International Airport (DMK), with plans to serve domestic and international scheduled flights from other cities in Thailand.
Presently Thai Lion Air is covering 13 domestic destinations in Thailand, operating international flights to 17 destinations in China and also operates flights to Mumbai, Jakarta, Singapore, Hanoi, Taipei, Yangon and Kathmandu.
Flight SL 224 will operate from Bangkok to (DMK/DAC) on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays while Flight SL 225 from to Bangkok (DAC/DMK) on Sundays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
Flight SL 226 will operate from Bangkok to (DMK/DAC) on Sundays, Wednesdays and Fridays while SL 227 from to Bangkok (DAC/DMK) on Sundays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
Flight SL 224 will depart DMK, at 23:45 hours Bangkok time and arrive at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport (HSIA) at 01:15 hours time while flight SL 225 will depart HSIA at 02:15 time and arrive at DMK at 05:45 Bangkok time.
Flight SL 226 will depart DMK at12:30 Bangkok time and arrive at HSIA 14:00 time while Flight SL 227 will depart DMK at15:00 Bangkok time arrive at HSIA 18:30 time.
Thai Lion Air tickets can be purchased via all GDSs, Thai Lion Air Agent Portal, Website (Online) and Sales Office. Thai Lion Air Sales Office will be operating from the same premises of Malindo Air Sales Office.
DAC-DMK all-in one-way fare starts from Tk 12,342 while DAC/DMK all-in return fare starts from Tk 16,734.
Free check in baggage allowance is: 20kgs check-in baggage allowance to all destinations if issued in single PNR. DAC-DMK-DAC and any onward destinations passenger will enjoy 20kgs baggage allowance, without any charges.
