Sahed sued by RAB-6 under Arms Act, Special Powers Act in Satkhira
A case has been filed against three folks like the arrested Regent Hospital chairman Md Sahed alias Sahed Karim and Bacchu Majhi with Debhata Police Station in Satkhira district.
DAD Nazrul Islam of RAB-6 filed the case on Wednesday night beneath the Arms Act and Special Powers Act.
In the seizure set of the case add a money bag, 2,330 Indian rupees, ATM Cards of three banks, a foreign-made pistol and three rounds of bullet.
SeniorASP Bazlur Rashid, who's responsible for RAB-6 Satkhira Camp, said Sahed was arrested acting on a tip-off with a firearm and bullets conducting a raid at Sakhra-Komorpur Bridge area under Debhata Police Station early Wednesday morning. Later, he was sent to the RAB Headquarters in Dhaka by a helicopter.
The case was filed with Debhata Police Station at night.
