2 mugger suspects killed in Dhaka 'shootout'
Two suspected muggers were killed in reported gunfight with the customers of Detective Branch (BD) of law enforcement in Dhaka's Khilkhet area at early hours of Monday.
Khilkhet Law enforcement Station OC Md Borhanuddin said the gunfight took place when the DB law enforcement chased them found in Kuratoli area.
The duo were taking preparation to commit mugging on the area at that time.
The muggers died during the gunfight and the bodies were delivered to Dhaka Medical University Hospital (DMCH), the police official said.
The identities of the deceased could not be known yet.
