Srijit is busy focusing on the next song of 'Kakababu'
Director Srijit Mukherjee is found in no mood to take a day off, not on Sundays. The filmmaker can be ready to complete the content production work of his forthcoming 'Kakababu' film. Even though he didn't reveal anything about the release time of the film, Srijit informed that he is busy focusing on the songs right now, reports Situations Of India.
There are three songs in the films, he said. The primary song is all set and is usually sung by Bengali rock superstar Rupam Islam. Srijit is currently working on the next song. "
Almost certainly, if everything goes in line with the method, Arijit Singh might sing it," Srijit added. The 3rd song is but to be made a decision. Poet Srijato has written all the three tunes and director-composer Indraadip Dasgupta provides composed them. All of the three songs happen to be greatly influenced by African folk music.
"The shoot of the film started this past year and was accomplished early this year. A big part of 13-time shoot took place in South Africa," Srijit added. The editing of the film has ended, but dubbing is yet to be done. Apart from Prosenjit Chatterjee in the business lead, Aryann Bhowmik as Santu and Anirban Chakrabarti will be also acting in the film.
