Trump 'more and more angry at China' above coronavirus
President Donald Trump said Tuesday he was first growing "an increasing number of angry at China" over the pass on of the coronavirus, due to American health officials warned they were not found in "total" control of the pandemic.
"As I view the Pandemic pass on its ugly face all across the world, like the tremendous harm it did to the united states, I are more and more angry at China," Trump tweeted.
The global pandemic, which Trump blames on Beijing, has intensified already strong tensions between your two countries over an ongoing trade war.
Amid a surge in US cases, particularly in the southern and west, infectious disease specialized Anthony Fauci told Congress previous Tuesday that things were "moving in the wrong direction," and that "clearly we aren't in total control at this time."
He also warned that conditions could more than double to 100,000 each day if authorities and the general public fail to do something to suppress the pandemic.
China has accused Trump's administration of politicizing the pandemic to deflect from its handling of the condition, with the United States suffering by much the highest death toll of any nation.
US officials, meanwhile, possess urged increased transparency from China.--AFP
