SC summons ex-edn DG Abu Hena, four others
The Appellate Division of the Supreme Court on Monday summoned former director general of the Directorate of Key Education Abu Hena Mostafa Kamal and four others for not complying with a court order.

A three-judge virtual appellate division bench chaired by Justice Muhammad Imman Ali summoned them after hearing a petition.

Aside from Abu Hena Mostafa Kamal the a number of other officials are actually - DPE deputy director Md Ramjan Ali, Gaibandha district key education officer Aminul Islam, Sadar upazila main education officer Md Abdus Salam and associate main education officer Masumul Islam.

They have already been asked to surface in court on the morning of December 14 to clarify the matter.
