Mokabbir Hossain new Biman MD
Civil Aviation and Tourism Ministry additional secretary Md Mokabbir Hossain has been made the new Managing Director (MD) and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of national flag carrier Biman Bangladesh Airlines.
The Public Administration Ministry issued a notification in this regard on Thursday.
He will take office on September 15, according to the sources of the ministry.
The Biman board of directors removed MD and CEO AM Mosaddique Ahmed on April 30 following a graft allegation in recruitment of pilots.
