'Mishti Dushtu Prem'
Three promising actors of the current generation, Manoj Kumar, Shamim Hasan Sarkar and Nadia Afrin Mim have acted together in television drama for the first time. The trio will be seen sharing screen in a romantic comedy tele-drama titled 'Mishti Dushtu Prem' directed by Sardar Rokon. He has expressed his talent to make good dramas and telefilms as a director. For this reason, he is now a busy director. Producers are showing their interest to work with him.
Actors are also interested to work under his direction. Choyon Dev wrote story of the play. On Monday shooting of the play was wrapped up in the capital's Uttara area. While talking about the play its director Sardar Rokon said, "It is a romantic comedy story based drama. Earlier Monoj and Mim worked under my direction but for the first time Shamim worked. This play has been made to telecast in coming Eid." In the play, Monoj, Mim and Shamim acted in roles of Ashfaq, Tisha and Reza respectively.
Monoj said, "I have liked script of the play. There was depth in story-telling. We, three actors, tried to perform regarding our roles with the situation. Overall it has become a nice work. I will never leave acting." Nadia Mim shared her feelings by this way, "Sardar Rokon Bhai works in organised way.
Earlier I had experience to work under his direction. I enjoyed a lot this romantic comedy typed play." Shamim said, "Under Rokon Bhai's direction for the first time I worked in this play. As a director, he works coolly. We acted nicely I can surely say this." With Monoj Pramanik, Sardar Rokon has finished shooting of a drama titled Haste Nei Mana where Zakia Bari Mamo acted against him.
