Sabbir, Chumki first time in Eid drama serial
Popular actor and director Mir Sabbir has made seven-episode serial titled 'Motlob', on the occasion of coming Eid-ul-Fitr, In the serial, popular TV actress Farzana Chmuki will be seen sharing screen with Sabbir for the first time in an Eid serial. Earlier, Chumki acted under Sabbir's direction in faction plays and telefilms.
The titular role 'Motlob' is played by Mir Sabbir while actresses Chumki, Ahona and Urmila Srabonti Kar will be seen playing opposite him in the drama serial.
The shooting of 'Motlob' has already been completed and this is the only drama that Mir Sabbir has directed on the occasion of upcoming Eid-ul-Fitr. About the main concept of the drama serial, Mir Sabbir said, "The drama portrays the emotion of the city people that lies deep in their hearts."
"The entire drama serial is made from my own perspective. I believe if the audience begins to watch this drama amongst the various Eid programs on television, they would feel for the drama and watch it with much interest. Every artiste in the drama performed amazingly", he added further about directing the drama serial.
About performing in the drama serial, Chumki said, "I have earlier worked under Sabbir's direction in various projects, but this time it was completely unique. His thoughts and dedication behind the direction really amazed me."
The drama serial also casts Wahida Mallik Joly, Majznun Mizan and Milon Bhattacharyia, among others. The seven-episode 'Motlob' will be aired every day at 9:45pm on NTV, starting from the day of Eid-ul-Fitr.
