Maqsood O' dHAKA premiers 'Mohotto'
Maqsood O' dHAKA is a prominent jazz-rock fusion band in Bangladesh, which was formed by Maqsoodul Haque (Mac) in 1996. The band has recently released its long-awaited song- 'Mohotto', along with the music video.
The band appeared on Ekattor TV in order to premier the music video at Music Buzz on 17th August, 2018. However, this is also available on YouTube from 20th August (Link is as follows: http://youtu.be/MDiOiCfXsqo).
The lyric was written by Neha Karim, who was also seen in the video; tuned by Shakib Khan Mimo, and sung by tremendous Mac Haque.
Mohotto was firmly performed by the entire band and is a part of the upcoming album- 'Shobdo Cheetro'. Mohotto contains profound messages in relation to the humanity as well as societal aspects, which the writer found most crucial facet at this moment.
The song does also focus on considerable roles of human kind so as to show respect, generosity, kindness, equality to all living creatures. Mac Haque, the lead singer, expressed happiness over the musical composition of the song and its inauguration. Mohotto has already achieved phenomenal responses from the fans and followers.
