DNCC to launch complaint box, Phone number
Dhaka North City Corporation (DNCC) will set up complaint box, launch telephone number and WhatsApp number for receiving complaint about fire safety.
DNCC Mayor Atiqul Islam said that in a program on Tuesday at Gushan Club in the city of Dhaka. Dhaka Utility Reporters Associations (DURA) arranged the meet the press title 'Fire Risks in Capital: Role of City Corporation and Citizens'.
DNCC mayor said the complaint box will open at every local office. DNCC authority will keep secret the identity of complainants.
"We will launch a telephone number, also will have a WhatsApp number. We are working for starting a Nagor Apps. The complainant's identity will be kept secret. We will work on these allegations. We will build a safe Dhaka along with all cictizens."
DURA president Mashiur Rahman Khan, secretary Tofazzal Hossain, Joint secretary Laijuk Islam and other members of the organization were present.
