DNCC conducts eviction drive in Mirpur
Dhaka North City Corporation (DNCC) carried out a drive against illegal establishments in some parts of Mirpur in the capital city Monday (Feb 11).
DNCC Executive Magistrate Md Sajid Anwar led the drive conducted from 12pm to 3pm.
As many as 300-400 illegal establishments including shops were evicted in Shah Ali Mazar area, City Corporation Market, Muktijoddha Market, and Sony Cinema Hall area.
The eviction drive will continue, said Md Sajid Anwar.
DNCC Panel Mayor Jamal Mostafa accompanied him in the drive.
