Dhaka-Mymensingh train service resumes
Dhaka's rail communication with Mymensingh district resumed on Tuesday afternoon after an hour of suspension.
The rail communication restored around 12:10pm, said Jahirul Islam, superintendent of Mymensingh railway station.
A bogie of Jamalpur-bound Teesta Express veered off the tracks in Kewatkhali Rail Crossing area of Mymensingh district town around 11am.
On information, a relief train from Mymensingh went to the scene and conducted salvage operation.
