Due to the Covid-19 outbreak, Bangladesh Television (BTV) features taken the initiative to broadcast two old-yet-widely preferred drama series - 'Kothao Keu Nei' and 'Bohubrihi' for viewers stuck in the home.

Written by Humayun Ahmed, the drama 'Kothao Keu Nei' was directed simply by BorkotUllah and aired through the years 1992-93. Asaduzzaman Noor played the position of 'Baker Bhai' which includes stayed well-known through the decades.

The drama being aired again after almost 27 years excites Asaduzzaman. Soon after the first show was aired, the veteran actor stated.

He said, "My gratitude to BTV. Seeing the drama cut back many old thoughts; it made me really nostalgic. But the display appears quite dark. YouTube features better footage than this. So I hope they'll be somewhat more cautious with the next episodes."

While reminiscing old thoughts, he informed that the drama's shooting was typically held inside BTV studio. Very few scenes were shot outside; "Actually, in those days we didn't have much possibility to shoot out in the open. We rehearsed a number of moments before shooting, it produced the actual filming less difficult," remembers Asaduzzaman.

He further added, "We used to visit shooting in the afternoon after workplace. Shooting continued from 5 in the afternoon to 10 in the night." The character - Baker Bhai started to be tremendously popular among the viewers at that time. By the end of the series, Baker Bhai was lynched. Mass persons placed processions to protest his fate, and the newspapers even wrote about this phenomenon. Ultimately, going against well-known demand, the type was hung.

Recalling this recollection made Asaduzzaman sentimental. "I have lived through an incredible time. I under no circumstances could imagine persons would loveBaker Bhai hence much. This is only possible because of Humayun Ahmed. Only he could write such a tale and screenplay," explained the veteran actor.

Asaduzzaman remembers that the drama was manufactured in the time of distress - persons wished to tell their private reports and rebel against injustice. "I believe everyone seen Baker Bhai as a drive against darkness, that is why everyone protested against his loss of life," he explains.

On the other hand, the actor thinks the drama will no longer make persons as emotional since it did before rebellion. "Back then, BTV was the only channel, and the drama got an amazing tale and screenplay," says Asaduzzaman.
