Two killed in Savar road accident
Two folks were killed and three injured as a private car rammed right into a standing vehicle at Salehpur area in Savar, on the outskirts of Dhaka, early on Tuesday.
The deceased were discovered as Putul Begum, wife of Ferdous Alam of Dohar Police Station area of Dhaka, and private car driver Jamal Kha, hailed from Brahmanbaria district.
Highway law enforcement said the individual car from Rajshahi reach hard an onion-laden vehicle in the area on the Dhaka-Arichha highway around 6 am, leaving two dead on the spot and three other folks injures.
The injured were rushed to Savar Upazila Wellbeing Complex and later, sent to Dhaka for better treatment.
Savar Highway Police Station officer in-demand (OC) Sazzad Karim Khan said several bodies were recovered and the exclusive car was seized.
