Truck kills RMG employee in Narayanganj
A ready-made garment employee was crushed to death by a truck in Siddhirganj upazila of Narayanganj Saturday (Feb 23) night.
Iqbal Hossain, 28, the deceased, was an assistant general manager (AGM) of Tex Garments Ltd.
The accident happened in front of Sanarpar Bus Stand around 8pm.
Iqbal died on the spot as a speedy truck crushed him while he was crossing the road, said Siddhirganj Police Station Officer-in-Charge (OC) Shahin Shah Parvez.
The body was recovered and sent to hospital morgue for an autopsy, he added.
