Three popular faces together in drama serial 'Tolpaar'
Three popular faces of the country's showbiz-Dr Ejajul Islam, Aparna Ghosh and Shamima Naznin, will be seen together in a new drama serial titled 'Tolpaar'. Written by Zakir Hossain Uzzal, the drama is directed by Musafir Rony.
The drama serial also casts Saju Khadem, Moushumi Hamid, Rashed Mamun Apu, Niloy, Raja Rashid, Imu Shikdar and Nusrat Jahan Papia in different roles.
National Film Award-winning actress Aparna Ghosh, who is simultaneously working on both small and big screens, is very selective about working in the drama serials. She said about working in this drama, "I am performing in this drama serial as both the story and my character attracted me. Though Musafir Rony is a young director, he is very passionate and enthusiast to accomplish his job.
The story of 'Tolpaar' revolves around the girls living in the hostels." 'Ejaj Bhai (Dr Ejajul Islam) and Shamima Apa (Shamima Naznin) are both high-profile artistes. I always enjoy working with them", Aparna added. Regarding the drama, eminent actor Ejajul Islam said, "The production of 'Tolpaar' is going really fine. I am hopeful that the drama and its story will be appreciated by the viewers."
"The story of the drama serial is wonderful. We are giving our best in performing our roles. I would like to thank Rony for his effort," Shamima Naznin said on her part. The drama serial 'Tolpaar' is set to air on a television channel this year soon, the director informed.
