Milon, Aparna in Eid special telefilm 'Chini Baba'
On the occasion of coming Eid-ul-Azha, Popular actor Anisur Rahman Milon and versatile actress Aparna Ghosh will appear in a special telefilm titled 'Chini Baba'. With the story and screenplay written by Mainul Khan, talented director Sardar Rokon has made the telefilm to be aired on Channel i.
Though Aparna acted in several dramas under the direction of Rokon, this is for the first time that Milon has worked in any project with this director.
Director Rokon informed that besides Milon and Aparna, Rahmat Ali, Wahida Mollick Jolly, Azizul Hakim, Amin Azad, Mukul Siraj, Tomal Mahbub, Ziaul Haque Masud, Jahangir Alam, Opelia, Khalid Mahmud, Amanul Haque Helal and Shahed also acted in different roles in the telefilm. Shooting of the telefilm was done at Pubail's a shooting house recently.
Milon said about working in the telefilm, "This is my first venture under the direction of Sardar Rokon. He maintains proper discipline in his unit and also works in an organized manner. I really enjoyed his direction and I did my part cordially."
Aparna Ghosh said about director Rokon, "I earlier worked in a few dramas based on wonderful stories under Rokon Bhai's direction. He is a careful director."
"The story of 'Chini Baba' is little different. Though the name of telefilm indicates this is something comedy, the telefilm actually is about people's sufferings for food adulteration. Aiming at making easy money in the shortest period of time, many people involve them in unethical and anti-social activities.
The story of the telefilm portrays such an important subject. I really liked the concept of the telefilm as well as Rokon Bhai's direction. Now, the audience will judge the rest", Aparna added while speaking about the telefilm's subject.
