RMG worker found dead
Police recovered the hanging body of a readymade garment worker from Ashulia in Savar, on the outskirts of Dhaka, on Sunday night.
An operator of a garment factory under Sharmin Group, deceased Anis, 22, was the son of late Abdul Awal of Andarijhar village in Bhurungamari upazila of Kurigram.
Police said, the victim locked into an altercation with his wife Mahfuza in the morning and, later, Mahfuza went to her workplace. On returning home at Bangla Bazar area, Mahfuza found the door locked from inside.Getting no response from her husband, she pushed the door, entered inside the room and found Anis hanging from the ceiling.
Being informed by the locals, police recovered the body and sent it to Suhrawardy Hospital morgue, said Ashulia Police Station SI Abdul Jalil.
The SI suspect that Anis might have committed suicide over family feud.
