Ration cards to be distributed among more 50 lakh people: PM
Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has informed that the government will issue ration cards for more 50 lakh persons in the united states amid coronvirus situation.
"From now, rice at the rate of Tk 10 will be distributed through ration cards," the Premier said at a video conference with the public representatives and officials of nine districts of Dhaka division.
The conference held at Sheikh Hasina's official residence Ganobhaban on Thursday.
She's also announced a Tk 92,000 crore stimulus packages to overcome financial meltdown in Bangladesh because of coronavirus.
