'Microbus driver' stabbed dead in Dhaka
A man was stabbed to death by miscreants in Dhamrai upazila of Dhaka early Thursday.
Deceased Farid Alam was a resident of Bashna village.
Police said, Farid was a microbus driver.
A gang of criminals attacked Farid when he was returning home by his motorcycle around 12:30am, said Dhamrai Police Station OC Deepak Chandra Saha.
They stabbed him indiscriminately and fled the scene, leaving him dead on the spot.
Police recovered the body and sent it to Shaheed Suhrawardy Medical College and Hospital morgue.
Police suspect that Farid might have been killed over personal enmity.
