Ban Ki Moon due in Dhaka in evening
United Nations former secretary general Ban Ki Moon is set to arrive in Dhaka on Tuesday (July 9) evening on a three-day visit to Bangladesh.
He is coming to Bangladesh to attend an international conference on climate change adaptation in Dhaka.
In the evening, foreign minister Dr AK Abdul Momen will welcome him at the airport.
He will join ‘Global Commission on Adaptation (GCA)’ conference on July 10.
Earlier in 2011, Ban Ki-moon visited Dhaka to attend a climate conference.
