HC asks to dispose OC Moazzem's case by 40 days
The High Court on Sunday rejected the bail petition to Moazzem Hossain, former officer-in-charge of Sonagazi Police Station, in a case filed under the Digital Security Act.
The court also ordered to dispose the case against Moazzem in 40 working days.
The HC bench of Justice M Enayetur Rahim and Justice Md Mostafizur Rahman passed the order after hearing on an appeal filed by Moazzem seeking bail.
