Rifat murder: Minni gets conditional bail
The High Court on Thursday granted conditional bail to Ayesha Akter Minni arrested in connection with the murder of her husband Rifat Sharif in Barguna.
An HC bench of Justice M Enayetur Rahim and Justice Md Mostafizur Rahman passed the order.
The two conditions are--Minni will stay with her father Mozammel Hossain Kishore and could not talk to media in this period. If she talk to media, her bail will be cancelled.
The court on Wednesday fixed today to pass its order after hearing on Minni's bail plea.
Senior lawyer Z I Khan Panna stood for Minni.
Rifat Sharif, 22, was hacked to death by criminals in front of his wife Minni in broad daylight in the district town on June 26. The incident was caught on surveillance camera.
