HC exempts 104-yr-old woman from arms case
The High Court on Wednesday exempted 104-year-old Rabeya Khatun from an arms case filed with Tejgaon Police Station 18 years ago.
An HC bench of Justice Jahangir Hossain Selim and Justice Md Riaz Uddin Khan gave the verdict after hearing a rule issued earlier by the court.
The court also gave directives to conduct trial procedings in future following the law.
