Ex-Foreign Secretary Shahidul Haque contaminated with coronavirus
Past Foreign Secretary Md Shahidul Haque has been infected with COVID-19 and undergoing treatment at a good hospital in Dhaka.
He was admitted to Impulse Medical center on August 5 after tested positive for COVID-19, according to hospital authorities.
Asked about his health, Shahidul Haque stated that he was being much better' now.
Shahidul Haque retired as a senior secretary from the civil services on December 31 and joined up with South Asian Institute of Policy and Governance (SIPG) of the North Southern University as a senior fellow.
