Dengu claims 2 more lives at DMCH
Death toll from dengue fever reached 20 at Dhaka Medical College Hospital (DMCH) as two more women lost battle to the viral mosquito-borne viral fever Wednesday (August 7).
Asia, 35, breathed her last around 5:30pm at the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of DMCH. She was admitted there Sunday (August 4).
She was from Laksam upazila of Cumilla.
Amena, 60, breathed her last around 2pm. She was from Damudya upazila of Shariatpur.
DMCH Assistant Director Dr Nasir Uddin confirmed the news to Banglanews.
