BNP Chairperson's adviser Barrister Ziaur Rahman dies from Covid-19
BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia's adviser Barrister Ziaur Rahman passed away with Covid-19 at a hospital in Dhaka Sunday night.
He breathed his last at Impulse Hospital around 10:30pm, said Syrul Kabir Khan, a staff of BNP's media wing, told The Daily Observer.
Barrister Ziaur Rahman was the son lately Ataur Rahman Khan, a former prime minister of Bangladesh (1984).
He was elected Person in Parliament four times.
