BGB seizes 2 touchstone statues in Naogaon
Members of Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) and Manda upazila administration seized two touchstone statues from a house of the upazila on Tuesday afternoon (October 1).
Two touchstone statues are valued at around Taka 2 crores.
With information obtaining from a secret source, statues were seized during a drive launched at a house of Kaligram Westpara village under Nurullabad union of the upazila, Manda Upazila Executive Magistrate and Assistant Commissioner Bhumi SM Habibul Hasan said.
No one could be detained when statues were seized. Two statutes are under BGB custody, he also said.
