Bangladeshi shot dead in C'nawabganj border
A 19-year-old Bangladesh national was shot to death in Kiranganj bordering area of Chapainawabganj at early hours of Monday (July 8).
Deceased Dulal was son of one Shafiq in Kiranganj village under Binodpur union in Shibganj upazila.
Local sources said Indian Border Security Force (BSF) opened fire at a team of 4-5 men including Dulal when they entered India territory crossing Main pillar-178, Monday (July 7) night.
Dulal sustained critical injuries and later succumbed to it around 4:30am while was being taken away by his associates. They fled away leaving the body in the border.
