An agonising await Rupali Bank’s officer post hopefuls
 Students these days can finish their undergraduate-level education at general public universities in Bangladesh in four years however, many of them may have to wait another four years before they can be found employment by Rupali Bank.

That is exactly what's happening to a large number of jobseekers who've been waiting for a long period for the final consequence of the recruiting check for officer post to be published by the state-run lender.

Also seven months have passed since the viva occurred and the results have not yet been made public, substantially to the agony of the candidates.

"Why achieved it take several years to complete a recruitment process?" asked an applicant, who studied statistics at the University of Dhaka.

The Bankers' Assortment Committee (BSC) was formed in September 2015 to employ officials for state-owned banking institutions and financial institutions.

The preliminary test occurred on November 13, 2019, 3 years after the circular. Some 10,119 candidates passed. The written check ended on December 26, with 2,465 applicants so that it is to the viva.

The final appointment started on January 5 this season and concluded on February 12.

Another applicant who earned a bachelor's degree on economics from the Jagannath University said despite the coronavirus pandemic, everything has been functioning as usual going back three months however the results were not published.

"We have been in touch with the BSC since the middle of March. It's been declaring repeatedly that the effect will be posted this week and that week, but their week under no circumstances finished."

"Possibly the BSC said that it might be done after Eid. One . 5 months have passed since Eid," he explained.

A job candidate who secured a bachelor's level from a college beneath the National University said the authorities do not seem to comprehend how important employment is for a job candidate.

He said all of the task circulars issued in 2016 and 2017 published their final results.

"Possibly after Rupali Bank's circular for officer posts, various tests have taken place and the hiring provides been completed. Various have became a member of their workplaces."

In line with the applicants, the effects of the recruitment designed for the post of officers by Probashi Kallyan Bank and the senior officer of Rupali Lender have been published.

He said the result of the senior officer content of Rupali Lender was published earlier because had the benefits of the officer positions been made general public, the candidates selected for both posts would go for the superior posts.

"We will ask the individuals to show patience. The benefits will be published within this month."
