Administrative action if BNP creates violence: Quader
Ruling Awami League general secretary Obaidul Quader said his party will deal with BNP politically if they organize democratic peaceful movement.
However, administrative actions will be taken if they attempt to create violence and sabotage like they did in 2014, he added.
Quader, also Road Transport and Bridges Minister, said it to reporters after AL secretary level meeting on Sunday evening (Sep 30).
Earlier in the after noon, BNP held a rally at Suhrawardy Udyan in Dhaka where it announced 7-point demands.
About the rally, Quader said, “People’s presence in the rally proves that the party has no connection with people. They are disconnected from people due to their negative activities.”
