38 more deaths reported, cases cross 1,00,000
The coronavirus situation in Bangladesh is going to worse from bad slowly but surely with new death toll and number of infection cases rising each day.
The DGHS reported 38 more deaths and 3,803 new cases on Thursday.
Today, the death tally stood in 1,343 as the infection number at 1,2,229.
Of the deceased, 31 were male and seven were feminine.
In the past a day, 61 laboratories in the united states tested 16,259 samples.
Additional Director Basic of the Directorate Standard of Health Solutions (DGHS) Prof Dr Nasima Sultana confirmed the figure during daily on line bulletin on coronavirus.
She urged everyone to remain in the home and follow medical recommendations issued by the DGHS and Environment Health Organisation. She as well requested people to work with masks outdoor and rinse hands with soap.
Some 1,975 corona patients have recovered in the last 24 time, taking the total recovery number to 40,164.
People should careful about children and pregnant girl at their spouse and children, Dr Nasima advised.
The global loss of life toll from coronavirus rose to 448,474 as of Thursday morning, in line with the Centre for System Science and Engineering of Johns Hopkins University.
Besides, the quantity of confirmed COVID-19 circumstances has gone up to 8,329,221.
