22 members of teen gang held in Dhaka
Police arrested 22 members of teen gang from city’s Mohammadpur area on Sunday night.
Police conducted drives at different areas under Mohammadpur Police Station at night and detained them.
The gang was involved in various misdeeds by forming gangs in the area.
The detained youths are identified as Shakil, Abhik, DK Sunny, Zisan, Hridoy, Nayeem, Manik and Meem. They are the members of ‘Lara Dee’ and ‘Level High’ gang.
Most of them are accused in different cases, said Anisur Rahman, deputy commissioner of Tejgaon division of Dhaka Metropolitan Police.
Police are interrogating them to nab the others.
