14 rooms gutted in Gazipur fire
Fourteen rooms of a house were gutted as a fire broke out at Shirirchala area of Gazipur Sadar upazila on Saturday (February 9).
The fire broke out around 5 am.
On information, two units of Sreepur Fire Service rushed to the spot and doused the flames, Station Officer Ashiqur Rahman told Banglanews.
The loss was estimated around Taka 10 lakh. However, cause of the fire has not been known yet, station officer also said.
