13 injured as car hits pedestrians near Kurmitola Hospital
Thirteen pedestrians, including two women and a kid, were injured whenever a car went off road and hit them before Kurmitola General Hospital in the capital on Sunday (Feb 23) morning.
The identities of the injured, five of these in critical condition, cannot be known yet.
Officer-in-charge of Cantonment Police Station Kazi Shahan Haque told Banglanews that the injured were taken to Kurmitola General Hospital following the incident.
The critically injured were shifted to Dhaka Medical College Hospital, he added.
Police arrested the private car driver and seized the automobile, the OC said.
