10th edition of 'Dhaka Lit Fest' cancelled
The 10th edition of 'Dhaka Lit Fest' has been cancelled this season because of the coronavirus epidemic. This edition of the popular function will be placed in 2022. Dhaka Lit Fest's directors SadafSaaz, Ahsan Akbar, and K Anis Ahmed explained this in a news release on Monday.
"We are worried about the safety of our invited friends and participants because of the global coronavirus pandemic," the news release said. This is why we happen to be sadly announcing that our 10th edition will come to be held in 2022 rather than January 2021. Numerous well known writers, literary and cultural personalities took part in this long nine-year celebration of 'Dhaka Lit Fest'.
