"My primary Bengali film Syndicate is getting so much reputation at some international festivals gives me a lot of confidence to create many more Bengali movies along with my Hindi films and all of this was possible due to the amazingly talented cast and crew who worked brilliantly on the film, explained Shekhar.

Talking about the film this individual says, "My thoughts, even though I just wrote the film, was drawn by my entire life where I noticed how detached I had become from reality. Browsing a headline having said that thousands of crores have already been swindled by an individual or 36 persons were killed anywhere, held my focus for less than a minute, and then I went on with my entire life. I sensed that has become our new regular. Sad yet accurate. Motivated by this imagined, the film was conceived as a gritty fast-paced thiller with overseas Sensibilities with a strong Bengal connect."
