The godfather arrested: Quader
Awami League (AL) General Secretary Obaidul Quader said the godfather identified by the media was arrested.
Obaidul Quader said: “The man who you call godfather has been arrested. The campaign is going on, will continue. It is not against any parties, persons or organizations. Whoever involved in mischief is being arrested.”
Quader, also the Road, Transport and Bridges Minister made the remarks during a workshop at Institution of Engineers, Bangladesh on Sunday (October 6).
A sub committee of AL organized the workshop on ‘Social networking sites for skills development.’
Obaidul Quader said: “Those who are involved in corruption and mischief will not be spared. The campaign will continue till we can break down the cycle of corruption.”
