Tanvir spins Wolves into submission
Left-arm spinner Tanvir Islam bagged 13 wickets on the match to greatly help the Bangladesh Emerging staff gain the lone four-dayer against the visiting Ireland Wolves by an innings and 23 runs at the Zahur Ahmed Chowdhury Stadium on Chattogram yesterday.

"As you understand, it had been a green top but our instructor instructed us to bowl found in a specific area. I tried to make use of my pace variation as there is nothing very much for the spinners on the surface. At times I as well bowled the armer which proved helpful well for me personally. But my main power is my flip," Tanvir advised the Daily Star.
The cricketer from Barishal, who had to miss his second-year final test of his graduation course to be a part of the ongoing series, said it was worth it.
"It was for the 3rd time that I missed my second-year last test for cricket. But I have no regrets, in all honesty. But it appears that I have to obtain admitted just as before to my school to entire my graduation," he said with a smile. "It had been my maiden five-wicket haul in first-school cricket and in addition my maiden ten-wicket haul in a game, I am very happy."
The visitors will need part in the first of five unofficial ODIs against Bangladesh on March 5.
