Taapsee Pannu signed a thriller to be shot in Nainital
'Rashmi Rocket', 'Looop Lapeta and 'Shabaash Mithu'. What's next for Taapsee Pannu? ETimes has it that if all goes well, it will be a thriller whose storyline has thrilled Taapsee so much that she took almost no time to provide her nod of approval.
The story goes that Taapsee had seen Ajay Bahl's 'Section 375' and the two chatted over the telephone from then on, almost promising the other person that they shall interact soon. One day, Bahl got a call from producers Echelon and Outsiders asking if he'd prefer to direct a thriller they are planning. Bahl was told upfront that Taapsee had been up to speed. Bahl too liked the theory and soon started on the pre-production work.
We hear the Taapsee-starrer will continue floors in Nainital in mid-June and the makers intend to complete it in a single schedule.
ETimes herewith also offers it that Gulshan Devayiah is being considered for an integral part, probably even while the main character. The modalities are fast being worked out and the total amount cast is yet to be decided.
A source says, "Bahl feels Taapsee may be the right choice for the role and eagerly looking towards dealing with her." Bahl, however, remained unavailable for comment. Meanwhile, we were the first ever to let you know that the shoot of 'Shabaash Mithu'was shifted from Mumbai to Hyderabad. The most recent on 'Shabaash Mithu' is that the cast and crew of the Taapsee film has reached Hyderabad (shifted from Mumbai due to the ongoing lockdown) and the cameras on the sets begins rolling very soon.
