Nikita Dutta tests great for COVID-19
Nikita Dutta, who was seen using actress Jia Sharma found in Shahid Kapoor-starrer Kabir Singh and after in the MX Participant world wide web series Aafat, was ready to get her mom to fly down from Delhi to Mumbai for the screening of her upcoming film, that may launch on an OTT system. However, her plans gone for a toss as she tested great for COVID-19 and her mother, as well, fell sick.Nikita contracted the virus while shooting for her forthcoming dance video Rocket Gang with actor Aditya Seal found in Mumbai. The film marks the directorial debut of choreographer Bosco Martis.

Nikita says, "It's all very unfortunate and frustrating, but acting teaches you to be patient. We have been trying to shoot the film since 2019, but we'd to prevent the schedule as a result of pandemic. We resumed the shoot in December last year, but Bosco was detected with COVID; in the future, Aditya tested confident, and now, it's me. I have already been asked to quarantine in the home for 10 times and have a test again."

Nikita adds, "It's difficult to keep social distance while shooting specific scenes, and actors cannot have on a mask when the shot is on. Our security rests on the shoulders of the crew. Protection precautions like applying sanitisers, masks and temperatures checks are set up, but people remain contracting the virus. We can not move the shoot to some other town either as our established has been built in Mira Highway and change in location for a third routine is logistically impossible."

What made factors more challenging for Nikita was her mother's illness that coincided with her contracting the virus. "My mother needed to be rushed to the ICU because of some difficulties. Luckily, it wasn't as a result of COVID. I was going to fly her down to Delhi to discover her, but I couldn't as I analyzed confident for COVID-19. Let's expectation the vaccine gets to everyone soon."
