Sushama Sarker as Draupadi
Versatile actress SushamaSarker is in both TV and theatre plays. She also got appreciation for acting in several numbers of movies. Since 2000 she has been attached with theatre group, 'Desh Natok'.
Under the banner of this group her performances in plays 'Jonomey Jonmantor', 'Birsa Kabbyo' and 'Nityapuran' created hype among the theatre-lovers. Already 101st show of 'Nityapuran' staged. On October 5, on the occasion of upcoming Durga Puja 102nd show of 'Nityapuran' is scheduled to be staged at Kali Mandir of Bashabo in the capital where Sushama will play the role of Draupadi. Earlier she got appreciation to perform in this role.
While talking about in this regard Sushamasaid, "As Durga Puja is our great festival so I am really glad to play the role of Draupadi in popular theatre play 'Nityapuran' during the Puja. I am very much eager for that time to perform."
Now Sushama is getting appreciation to play the role of Nandini in Deepto TV's ongoing serial ‘Bhalobashar Alo-Andhar’. Therefore, she is regularly acting in serials Aronno Anwar's 'Full HD', Jakaria Showkhin's 'Golpogulo Amader' and Sokal Ahmed's 'Shanti puritey Oshanti'.
On September 27, Sushama-starred and GolamSohrabDodul-directed movie 'Shapludu' is scheduled to be released.
Sushama's last released movie was Raihan Rafi's ‘Dohon’. Within very soon, she will finish shooting of Noim Imtiaz Neyamul's movie 'Jam'. She has already finished shooting of Nurul Alam Atik's movie 'Peyarar Subash' and Gazi Rakayet's movie'Gourh'.
Sushama also performed as model in a TVC of Pran RFL Magic Basket directed by Ali Ashraf Akondi's direction. She will also act in Masum Reza's new theatre play 'Jol Bashor'.
