Sharmeen, Rashidul made ERF president, secretary
Sharmeen Rinvy and SM Rashidul Islam have already been elected as president and secretary of the Economic Reporters’ Forum (ERF) respectively.
The biennial general meeting (BGM) and the election for 2020-21 term of the business was held on Friday at its office in the city’s Paltan area.
Election conducting board chairman and Jatiya Press Club President Saiful Alam announced the results.
Other elected office bearers are vice-president M Shafiqul Alam, assistant general secretary Kutub Uddin Muhammad Jasim, finance secretary Md Rejaul Haque Kawshik, and executive members Md Azizur Rahman (Ripon), Rahim Sheikh, Sirajul Islam Quadir, and Syed Shahnewaz Karim.
