Private varsity VC Nazmul Karim dies of coronavirus
Fareast International University (FIU) Vice-Chancellor Professor Nazmul Karim Chowdhury died of novel coronavirus.
He breathed his last at the intensive care unit of Dhaka Medical College Hospital on Thursday morning where he had been undergoing treatment, Dhaka University's Business Studies faculty dean Professor Shibli confirmed.
VC Nazmul Karim was the former professor of DU Tourism and Hospitality Management Department
DU Vice-Chancellor Prof Md Akhtaruzzaman expressed deep shock at his death.
