Nasrul for non-give up power in COVID-19 pandemic
State Minister for Ability, Energy and Mineral Solutions Nasrul Hamid today needed ensuring uninterrupted power supply through the ongoing coronavirus(COVID-19) pandemic.

“Ensuring proper protection, We ask all worried to continue uninterrupted power. Complaints are found concerning load shedding or vitality outage in lots of areas,” he said.

The state minister said this through a video conference at his Baridhara residence in the town while holding a gathering with power division and its own subsidiaries (all companies).

At present, there is a demand intended for 9,000 megawatt during peak time while power consumption is 6,000-7,000 megawatt normally, he said, adding: “Then why load shedding will happen?”

He asked all concerned to stand by the clients if power outage happens and urged them to make roaster duty for discharging their duties with utmost sincerity, reports BSS.
